Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
